   QMAG-53 Quad-Stack Magazines

   When we participated in the NGSW program contracting officers desired magazines capacities of 50 rounds or more, but didn't want large/heavy drums or belts, they wanted a compact and familiar form factor. In response, we developed our Quad Stack Magazine System. To maximize reliability, we 1st designed the ideal quad-stack magazine, then we conformed the lower receiver to the magazine, this avoided overly complex and unreliable magazine designs. We created the QMAG-53 to hold 53 rounds, increasing magazine capacity by 80%, and maintaining a compact/familiar form factor similar to standard 30 round magazines. Warfighters can now carry 210 round loadouts in just 4 magazines instead of 7. This reduces reloads by 50%, and reduces loadout weight by 8%. The QMAG's also fit in any standard double mag pouch. We designed the QMAG to reliably fire high volumes of dirty full-auto suppressed fire which is possible due to the simple single follower design and reduced wall friction. The QMAG’s dual columns are pigeon toed to increase the internal length in order to guarantee reliable feeding of long match grade ammunition used by competitors. Unlike drums the QMAGs are just as easy to load as standard magazines and topping them off does not hurt your fingers. QMAG's can be fully loaded for years without fatiguing the springs. The QMAG is highly durable and passed all US military drop tests.

   Match Barrel

   The Accuracy Standard for M4 rifles is 4 MOA which leaves a lot to be desired. Accuracy is a keystone of lethality, if you can't hit your target, then nothing else matters. To maximize the Accuracy of the Quattro-15 Lite Rifle, it sports a 16" Match-Grade stainless steel barrel chambered in .223 Wylde which is compatible with both .223 REM & 5.56 NATO cartridges. The barrels nitride finish ensures increased barrel life and prevents corrosion and the carbine gas system reduces recoil for faster follow-up shots.    Mil-Spec Trigger

   Equipped with a replaceable mil-spec trigger, the Quattro-15 provides a crisp, clean break with minimal overtravel. This ensures exceptional accuracy and control, whether you’re engaging targets in competition or in the field. The trigger’s nickel Teflon treatment further enhances smoothness and durability, giving you confidence in every shot.

   Reliability

   Desert Tech’s Quattro-15 is a direct impingement rifle that was engineered and crafted with premium components to deliver unrivaled performance in any condition. The full auto rated dual ejector Bolt Carrier Group enhances reliability and maintains consistent ejection patterns. All BCGs are Chrome lined with a phosphate coating to provide an added layer of protection. The Quattro-15 Rifle uses all Mil-Spec parts to ensure flawless operation under the most demanding circumstances.

   Controls

   The Quattro-15 Lite features the same controls and features of the original Quattro-15 Rifle, minus the enhanced trigger, carrier, and charging handle—instead using mil-spec parts for your customization considerations. Every component has been engineered for ease of use. This ensures that tactical maneuvers, in high-stress environments, can be executed with confidence and speed.

   Handguard

   Designed with suppressor builds in mind, the 13.7-inch M-LOK compatible handguard accommodates a variety of quick-attach suppressor mounts. Chamfered edges and a Type III Hardcoat anodized finish provide a smooth, ergonomic feel while maintaining durability. The handguard is crafted from lightweight yet durable 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, striking the perfect balance between strength and weight reduction. The Handguard attaches to the receiver using a two-piece wedge block mechanism, ensuring a rock-solid attachment with even pressure around the barrel nut.
